Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the digitally delivered SaaS subscriptions, software services, online applications, account access, automation systems, and support services provided by 4thdimensionpartners Private Limited.

  1. Digital services. Services are provided through online account access, subscription activation, dashboard access, digital credentials, API or webhook-based provisioning, and support-assisted digital enablement where needed.
  2. Authorized use. Customers must use the services only for lawful business purposes and only within the subscription, account, plan, user, domain, device, or access limits approved for their account.
  3. Account credentials. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of usernames, passwords, access links, API keys, and other digital credentials issued for their account.
  4. Subscription duration. Access is provided for the plan duration selected by the customer or approved in writing. Subscription access may expire, renew, or require payment according to the applicable plan.
  5. Activation and provisioning. Digital activation begins after payment confirmation and required account information are received. Some services may require manual review or support-assisted setup before access is enabled.
  6. Payments and non-payment. Access may be suspended, limited, or cancelled if payment is not received, a payment is reversed, required verification fails, or the account is used in violation of these terms.
  7. Acceptable use. Customers must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, abuse support channels, interfere with service security, or use the services for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity.
  8. Intellectual property. 4thdimensionpartners Private Limited and its licensors retain ownership of the software, systems, workflows, documentation, designs, automation, and intellectual property used to provide the services.
  9. Service availability. We work to provide reliable online services. Availability may depend on third-party hosting, payment providers, network conditions, maintenance, security reviews, or events outside our reasonable control.
  10. Support. Online support is provided through available support channels for account, subscription, billing, technical access, and service-related issues.
  11. Changes to services. We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, compliance, platform quality, or business reasons.
  12. No physical delivery. The services covered by these terms are delivered digitally. No physical media, physical shipment, or physical product handover is provided through these services.
